Revue parties...

Wow, I had the best time last night! Definitely!

In Norway we have this tradition in putting up great big school revues in colleges(high schools) all over the country, and the newspapers write reviews on them and lots of people come to watch etc.

Anyway, they also throw these big parties to, well, I guess celebrate.

And so I went to one of these yesterday, held by Elvebakken and Oslo By Steinerskole(Oslo's steiner school).

It was so much fun!!! It was a dress-up party, and you had to go as you favourite movie character.

Yes, I did go as Rollergirl again:D

I got lot's of attention for my skates, and I danced lot's and met so many new lovely people! Too bad it was a school night, 'cause when I got home, I was so full of energy that I couldn't make myself go to sleep!! And now I've got the worst headache ever...

But it's ok, I had(as I said) the best time ever! First I went to Maddie and dressed up, put on make up etc. and met Laura, who was gorgeous! And so after curlig Laura's hair and making seventies flip on my own hair, we went of to Irfan for a little before party. But Laura went somewhere else though:p Irfan's was really nice, and I'd forgotten how much I miss him... I almost made his microwave explode(again). I was only going to reheat a frozen roll, and I put the timer on five mins. and when I came back the whole oven was full of smoke...
So I screamed, like the helpless non-inderpendent girl I am... haha

Afterwards we went to the party which was at a place called Fabrikken(the factory) and I danced and danced and danced and chatted with lots of killer, awesome, wicked people and skated around 'till my feet were sore.
Then the band got on stage(the band was great, really great!) and so I took my skates of... although, Rollergirl never takes her skates of...
So I'll be going to bed now.... I'm exhausted, have been babysitting like hell for the last six hours so...
Night!

And so the days keep going....

Well, I'm afraid I don't have too many exciting things to talk about today...
We've just been to visit Oslo's second drama school, Bjørnholt(Well, it's not a drama school, they teach a lot of other things there as well, I just can't be bothered to explain the Norwegian school system to you:p) which was fun, exept we most definetely confirmed any myth or prejudices they might have about drama students. We performed some weird mix of mask dance and exercises that must have been thought up in the sixties during some crazy LSD trip.
We also had gymnastics yeasterday, only, we don't call it that, we call it fucking motion or movement if you like:p
Sometimes I think our motion teacher is taking the piss... She usually makes us stand in a circle and do weird things like shake our whole body until, what she calls, our natural sounds come out. And by that, of course, I don't meen farting:p just "shaking" sounds through our voice.
Yesterday we had to pretend to go through different elements in nature and gradually become each element, like water and earth and wind...etc....

I love going to Nissen, and I love taking drama, and I'm ever so thrilled to have gotten in to this school, it's just... sometimes, I can't take it all to serious when I find myself in the middle of a ring acting out what must be Timothy Leary's first acid trip. With my body....

Fucking Maths!

I don't believe it!

We've just had our first maths lesson with mixed classes, and I definitely ended up in the lowest of the lowest!

Not to diss anyone, but I must have done a real lowsy job on that test we did to see what level we were on, and my class is...well, as I said, not the best one....

The teacher is just hopeless for one thing, she gave us these really easy tasks and I spent the whole hour n' a half playing games on my mobile.

On Monday I went out with Maddie, to discover how bad my phone camera works in the dark.

Maddie and Sun go Old School!

These Killer shoes look like a colder version of mine! I want!

Monday,Monday...

Today was my first taste of Nissen's boring side...
We started the day of with English(not really, but I can't be bothered to talk about our first lesson...) and I actually managed to continuously yawn for an hour and a half, although Christine, Anje and me and a couple of other girls were sent out in the hallway to read on our own.

Then we had our lunch break, and I met up with Oda.
Oda stayed at my place for a sleep over on Saturday, and on Sunday we went down to take some wicked photos in a photo booth... very brat-like, yes.
we also hung out at Blå with Maddie and Anje:)
*Deadend street, deadend street....*
Anyways, today she saw my school for the first time, but to her great disappointment, missed the Hungarian band that was supposed to play.
We agreed to meet after school, so he could come window shopping with me.
Then she had dinner at our place and now she's on her way home I guess...
And so that was my day, and I think I'll be off to write a song about annoying over-the-top-alternative girls...If you catch my drift Anje...

Rain...

It's been reaining all day! It's alright, though, 'cause summer's over anyway, and I'm in the classroom all day.
I've developed this obsession with old cars(masculine, huh?) which seems to be quite common these days, as everyone in Grüneløkka has one.

I've walked past this pink Cadillac a couple of times at Kampen(where my father lives), and I finally took a picture of it. I wouldn't really drive around in a car like that, but I still think it's a beautiful one.

Other than that, I've been to school, which has been fun... Well, it's really nice meeting people and stuff, but it can get booring at times. But I'm not complaining! I'm really happy that I got into Nissen, and that I get the chance to do what I like best for the next three years(if my grades do...).
I'm also very excited about the revue! There's going to be a meeting this tuesday, and I've GOT to get some part of it, not necessarily on stage, but anything that will let me go on those revue trips!
But,we'll have to wait and see...
Anyways... got to go now!
